Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue culture method for regenerated plants of curcuma wenyujin. The tissue culture method includes inoculating disinfected explants into cluster bud culture media and culturing the explants under the conditions of the temperatures of 20-25 DEG C and the illumination of 1000-1200 lux so as to obtain cluster buds; cutting the cluster buds to obtain individuals with terminal buds, inoculating the individuals in rooting culture media and culturing the individuals under the conditions of the temperatures of 20-25 DEG C and the illumination of 1000-1200 lux so as to obtain the complete plants with roots. The tissue culture method has the advantages that optional pollution is prevented in explant culture procedures, and accordingly the severe problem of previously reported easiness in pollution due to curcuma wenyujin culture can be solved; procedures for forming the cluster buds and the complete regenerated plants are speedy and are high in efficiency; large quantities of cluster buds can be obtained after the explants are cultured for 25-30 days, and the complete plants with robust root systems can be obtained after the cluster buds are cut and then are cultured on the rooting culture media for 15-20 days.
