[0019] In this example, the flowers of Dendrobium Huoshanense came from the Dendrobium Huoshanense grown in the Dendrobium Base of Wanxi University for about 3-5 years, and the flowers of Dendrobium Huoshanense were collected from April to May in 2017. Remove the stalks of the collected flowers, cut the whole flower into pieces, put it in a 5mL extraction bottle, seal it, and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then insert the SPME fiber head into the extraction bottle through the bottle pad, place it about 0.5cm above the sample, and heat and extract at 65°C for 35min. Then insert the fiber tip into the GC inlet and desorb for 3 minutes. Wherein, the model of the SPME fiber head is PDMS 100 μm, purchased from Supelco Company of the United States.
