The device comprises a 4G communication module, an intelligent mobile terminal and a cloud side; the 4G communication module is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle; the 4G communication module is provided with all kinds of different interfaces, and performs data receiving and sending with a sensor module on the unmanned aerial vehicle through all kinds of different interfaces; the intelligent mobile terminal supports the 4G network; the intelligent mobile terminal performs long-distance information interaction with the unmanned aerial vehicle through the 4G network and the 4G communication module, and is used for sending related instruction data to the unmanned aerial vehicle, and collecting image transmission information and flight state information returned by the unmanned aerial vehicle in real time; and pictures, videos and other data shot by the unmanned aerial vehicle in the flight process are transmitted into the cloud side through the 4G communication module.
