Abstract

The device comprises a rack, and a guide rail is arranged on the inner bottom of the rack. Positioning plates are arranged at the positions, facing inwards, of the front face and the back face of the rack. A stop mechanism and a drilling mechanism are arranged on the inner top of the rack. The stop mechanism comprises a first guide base and first hydraulic cylinders; a plurality of first guide grooves are formed in the side portion of the first guide base; a first piston rod is arranged on the lower portion of each first hydraulic cylinder and penetrates through the corresponding first guide groove; and a stop plate is arranged among the lower ends of the first piston rods. The drilling mechanism comprises a second guide base, second hydraulic cylinders and third hydraulic cylinders; a plurality of second guide grooves are formed in the second guide base; and a second piston rod is arranged on the lower portion of each second hydraulic cylinder and penetrates through the corresponding second guide groove.
