Embodiment Construction

[0024] The specific implementation manner of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0025] The "longitudinal" and "transverse" mentioned in the present invention, wherein "longitudinal" refers to the axial direction of the reel 2, and "transverse" refers to the direction perpendicular to the "longitudinal" in the horizontal plane.

[0026] See figure 1 , Figure 4 , The submarine cable laying winch of the present invention comprises a reel 2 that is wound with an optical cable 1 in layers, the reel 2 is rotatably supported longitudinally on the frame 3, and the rotation of the reel 2 is driven by an underwater motor-4, and the underwater motor- 4 is installed on the frame 3, and the submarine cable laying winch also includes:

[0027] conveying mechanism, see figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 , the conveying mechanism includes a support 5, and the support 5 can be laterally moved on the frame 3, and the lateral movemen...

Abstract

The invention discloses a seabed cable laying winch which comprises a reel on which an optical cable is wound in a stacked manner, a conveying mechanism and a releasing mechanism. The reel is arranged on a frame. The conveying mechanism comprises a support capable of moving transversely and a conveying belt capable of ascending and descending relative to the support. The optical cable conveyed to a guide wheel through the reel penetrates out from the part between the guide wheel and the face of the conveying belt. The seabed cable laying winch begins to conduct cable laying along with an underwater vehicle, in the cable laying process, the conveying mechanism of the seabed cable laying winch can move transversely on the frame, and therefore it is ensured that the optical cable is conveyed on the guide wheel all the time, and the conveying direction is perpendicularly downward all the time. When the optical cable is released from the reel, the conveying belt in the conveying mechanism can ascend and descend along the frame, it is ensured that the conveying belt can make contact with the guide wheel and can disengage from the guide wheel, finally, the optical cable and an optical cable plug of the optical cable are completely released from the reel, and therefore direct cable laying on the seabed is achieved; and due to the conveying mechanism, initiative conveying of the optical cable is achieved, and compared with a traditional underwater vehicle cable laying manner, the seabed cable laying efficiency and reliability are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of submarine cable laying, in particular to a submarine cable laying winch with an active conveying mechanism. Background technique [0002] Submarine cable laying currently includes two methods: surface ship cable laying and underwater submersible cable laying. Among them, surface ship cable laying for submarine cable laying needs to use submersibles such as ROV to lay the part without optical cable connector on the seabed first, while the optical cable connector is kept on the surface ship, and after the optical cable connector is connected on the surface ship Then put it on the seabed to complete the cable laying process. During the cable laying process, the active transmission of the optical cable depends on the winch on the surface ship, and the underwater optical cable connector does not need to pass through the cable arrangement and active transmission mechanism of the winch. The disadvantage of surf...
