Abstract

The invention discloses a diagnosis circuit of a relay and a diagnosis method thereof, and a battery management system. The diagnosis circuit is composed of a first sampling module, a second sampling module, a first sampling point, a second sampling point, a reference voltage terminal and a processor. A first terminal of the first sampling module is connected to a voltage output terminal of to-be-detected power battery group and a first terminal of a relay; and a second terminal of the first sampling module is connected to the reference voltage terminal and the first sampling point. A first terminal of the second sampling module is connected with a second terminal of the relay; a second terminal of the second sampling module is connected with the reference voltage terminal and the second sampling point; and the second sampling module is configured to provide a second sampling signal for the second sampling point. The processor is respectively connected with the first sampling point and the second sampling point. With the diagnosis circuit, the accuracy on relay detection of the power battery group is improved.
