The system includes an XML configuration file generation module, a component development module, a simulation configuration graph generation module, a simulation configuration graph compiling module and a graphical debugging module; the XML configuration file generation module is used for converting a logic configuration graph into an XML configuration file, wherein the XML configuration file comprises the component information, connection information and textual information of all components in the logical configuration graph; the component development module is used for generating Ovation components corresponding to each component in the XML configuration file so as to generate an Ovation component library, wherein the Ovation components include component appearances, component data points and component logic algorithms; the simulation configuration graph generation module is used for generating a simulation configuration graph according to the XML configuration file; the simulation configuration graph compiling module is used for calling the Ovation component library according to the component information in the simulation configuration graph so as to find out corresponding Ovation components, obtaining component logic algorithms and generating the operation logic of the simulation configuration graph; and the graphical debugging module is used for loading and debugging the operation logic of the simulation configuration graph.
