Abstract

The invention provides a thrombolytic dosage model building method. The method comprises the following steps of (1): combining an existing medical database; (2): performing subgroup analysis on the medical database; (3): creating a segmented model based on the subgroup analysis; (4): based on NIHSS, allocating a patient, and correspondingly determining three subgroups by an influence of interaction between a t-PA dosage and the subgroups on a hemorrhage risk; and (5): analyzing the three subgroups to obtain an effect between a high dosage and a low dosage. The patient suffering from ischemic stroke is subjected to subgroup analysis by using a data analysis method of an interactive tree, to know whether the patient using the high dosage is more likely to bleed (such as, the hemorrhage risk) (use of ''high dosage'' and ''low dosage'' t-PA during initial treatment) or not, so as to discover similar treatment effects of the low-dosage t-PA and the high-dosage t-PA (such as, stay time and a final treatment effect of treatment).
