The pesticide application device comprises a machine body, a driving shaft, a blade impeller, a worm wheel and worm direct-current speed reducing motor, a laser igniter, amicroswitch and a control system. The machine body comprises a pesticide bag storage box and a pesticide bag putting box. The blade impeller is installed on the driving shaft and is arranged in the pesticide bag putting box. The worm wheel and worm direct-current speed reducing motor is connected with the driving shaft. The laser igniter is used for igniting a leading wire of the pesticide bag, and the microswitch is used for controlling the blade impeller to stop rotating. The control system is used for controlling pesticide bag putting. The pesticide bag comprises a bag body, a powdery pesticide and a firecracker. The powdery pesticide and the firecracker are accommodated in the bag body.
