The thixotropic foam silicone rubber is prepared by mixing a component A and a component B according to equivalent mass; the component A is prepared from 100 parts by weight of alpha, omega-hydroxy-terminated poly-dimethylsiloxane, 4 to 10 parts by weight of vinyl-terminated silicone oil, 10-40 parts by weight of containing hydrogen silicone oil, 0.4 to 1.0 part by weight of inhibitors, 15 to 40 parts by weight of thixotropic agents, 30 to 50 parts by weight of reinforcing filler and 0.5 to 1 part by weight of color matching agents; thecomponent B is prepared from 100 parts by weight of alpha, omega-hydroxy-terminated poly-dimethylsiloxane, 4 to 10 parts by weight of vinyl-terminated silicone oil, 5 to 10 parts of hydroxy-terminated silicone oil, 30 to 70 parts of reinforcing filler, 0.8 to 1.5 parts by weight of catalysts and 15 to 40 percent of thixotropic agents. At room temperature, the components A and B which are uniformly mixed are applied to a sealed part within 10 to 20 minutes, and are subjected to standing and foaming to obtain the silicone rubber.
