The invention relates to a dispensing device for dispensing active ingredient fluids to the flushing liquid in a toilet bowl. Said dispensing device comprises at least two holders (6, 7) for accommodating respective reservoirs (2, 3), every reservoir (2, 3) having its own outlet opening via which the respective active ingredient fluid (4, 5) can be dispensed to the flushing liquid or to the surroundings of the dispensing device and the reservoirs (2, 3) being protected from flushing liquid entering their interior. At least one outlet opening of the reservoirs (2, 3) is arranged on the bottom when in the working position and a partial amount of the active ingredient fluid is dispensed to the flushing liquid from at least one of the reservoirs (2, 3) during flushing. The interior of at least one of the reservoirs (2, 3) communicates with a distribution element (9, 10) via the outlet opening, an arrangement preventing the free flow of the active ingredient fluid (4, 5) being interposed. One reservoir (2, 3), one holder (6, 7) and one plate-shaped distributing element (9, 10) each form an independently operative, separate metering unit (A, B), the metering units (A, B) of the dispensing device being immobilized in relation to each other by at least one connecting element (11).

Thixotropic foam silicone rubber and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses thixotropic foam silicone rubber. The thixotropic foam silicone rubber is prepared by mixing a component A and a component B according to equivalent mass; the component A is prepared from 100 parts by weight of alpha, omega-hydroxy-terminated poly-dimethylsiloxane, 4 to 10 parts by weight of vinyl-terminated silicone oil, 10-40 parts by weight of containing hydrogen silicone oil, 0.4 to 1.0 part by weight of inhibitors, 15 to 40 parts by weight of thixotropic agents, 30 to 50 parts by weight of reinforcing filler and 0.5 to 1 part by weight of color matching agents; thecomponent B is prepared from 100 parts by weight of alpha, omega-hydroxy-terminated poly-dimethylsiloxane, 4 to 10 parts by weight of vinyl-terminated silicone oil, 5 to 10 parts of hydroxy-terminated silicone oil, 30 to 70 parts of reinforcing filler, 0.8 to 1.5 parts by weight of catalysts and 15 to 40 percent of thixotropic agents. At room temperature, the components A and B which are uniformly mixed are applied to a sealed part within 10 to 20 minutes, and are subjected to standing and foaming to obtain the silicone rubber. The thixotropic foam silicone rubber disclosed by the invention is low in cost and good in thixotropism; a preparation method of the thixotropic foam silicone rubber is simple in process, wide in application field and simple and convenient in construction.

The invention discloses a method for packing an alkali metal simple substance, which is applied to the technical field of alkali metal atom steam reaction chambers. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: making a paraffin seal molding die; coating a paraffin layer on a bottom die; processing a micro blind hole array on the paraffin layer by using a male die or laser light; injecting a liquid-state alkali metal simple substance into the micro blind hole array on the paraffin layer by using a micro sample injection device; coating a layer of paraffin on a step layer of a top die; aligning the top die to the bottom die along a step groove and laminating; uniformly heating the laminated top die and bottom die till the paraffin layer at the joint of the top die and the bottom die is in molten or critical molten state; removing silicon from the buckled top die and bottom die by corroding with a potassium hydroxide solution to obtain a paraffin bag array; and separating to obtain a paraffin bag coated with micro alkali metal simple substances. Alkali metal is rubidium (Rb) or caesium (Cs). The invention has the advantages of capabilities of preventing the alkali metal simple substance from being deteriorated and reducing impurities in an atom steam chamber, convenience for batch manufacturing, simple process, easiness for integration with a next stage system, and the like.

The drainage pipe is connected with a liquid receiving disc, leaked cooling liquid flows into the liquid receiving disc from the drainage pipe, a first liquid leakage sensor is arranged in the liquid receiving disc, and when the first liquid leakage sensor monitors that the leaked cooling liquid exists in the liquid receiving disc, an alarm signal is sent out, so that a system or an operator can carry out data storage or power failure and other processing conveniently; and loss caused by leakage of the liquid cooling pipe is reduced.
