A dispensing closure for viscous fluids contains a closure body, a closure lid and a living hinge structure hingeably connecting the closure lid to the closure body. A method of and an apparatus for drying solid materials and material mixtures in a dryer, comprising a drying space, which is divided by wall elements into drying passages in such a way that each drying passage is limited into two wall elements. Material to be dried is supplied to the drying passages through the upper part thereof. Drying gas is supplied to the drying passages through a first wall element limiting them and moist drying gas is led out of the drying passage to a second wall element limiting them. The dried material is discharged from the drying passages through the lower part thereof. A system for sealing a region of open hole gravel pack comprising a sealing patch and an installation tool is described. The sealing patch includes a tubular assembly including two expandable anchor/seals and two low melting temperature alloy elements positioned on outside surface of the tubular assembly above the anchor/seals. The system is deployed in desirable location in the well and the tool is operated to set anchor/seals in interference contact with sand-screen. Then the alloy elements are melted to seal the patch. The anchor/seals serve two purposes: they provide a hanging capacity to support the patch in the well and create a “bridge” preventing the molten alloy from freely flowing through the annulus between the tubular assembly and sand screen and focusing the molten alloy at the anchor/seals to flow in radial direction penetrating through the sand-screen and the surrounding proppant sand creating a complete seal.

At room temperature, the components A and B which are uniformly mixed are applied to a sealed part within 10 to 20 minutes, and are subjected to standing and foaming to obtain the silicone rubber. The thixotropic foam silicone rubber disclosed by the invention is low in cost and good in thixotropism; a preparation method of the thixotropic foam silicone rubber is simple in process, wide in application field and simple and convenient in construction.

The invention discloses a method for packing an alkali metal simple substance, which is applied to the technical field of alkali metal atom steam reaction chambers. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: making a paraffin seal molding die; coating a paraffin layer on a bottom die; processing a micro blind hole array on the paraffin layer by using a male die or laser light; injecting a liquid-state alkali metal simple substance into the micro blind hole array on the paraffin layer by using a micro sample injection device; coating a layer of paraffin on a step layer of a top die; aligning the top die to the bottom die along a step groove and laminating; uniformly heating the laminated top die and bottom die till the paraffin layer at the joint of the top die and the bottom die is in molten or critical molten state; removing silicon from the buckled top die and bottom die by corroding with a potassium hydroxide solution to obtain a paraffin bag array; and separating to obtain a paraffin bag coated with micro alkali metal simple substances. Alkali metal is rubidium (Rb) or caesium (Cs). The invention has the advantages of capabilities of preventing the alkali metal simple substance from being deteriorated and reducing impurities in an atom steam chamber, convenience for batch manufacturing, simple process, easiness for integration with a next stage system, and the like.
