This invention, by setting multiple flow-guiding baffles within the cooling jacket chamber, divides the originally wide single jacket into multiple independent heat exchange sub-chambers. Utilizing series-connected components arranged with spatial staggers on adjacent baffles, the natural flow
inertia of the fluid is broken. The
cooling medium is forced to flow in a meandering and reversible manner between the sub-chambers, forming a series of deflected flow paths. This allows the
refrigerant to flush all parts of the inner liner's outer wall, completely eliminating fluid short-circuiting and stagnant dead zones, thus improving the
convective heat transfer effect.
