The method comprisesthe following steps: 1) gasification of the pyrolytic oil: conveying the biomass pyrolytic oil which is collected in advance into a gasification conversion reactor of a pyrolytic oil gasification unit, and carrying out catalytic conversion reaction on the biomass pyrolytic oil and water vapor under the action of a conversion catalyst at a high temperature so as to produce the synthetic gas; 2) regeneration of the catalyst: conveying the polluted conversion catalyst into a catalyst regeneration reactor of the pyrolytic oil gasification unit; removing harmful substances; enabling the conversioncatalyst without the harmful substances to return into the gasification conversion reactor to continuously participate in catalytic conversion. According to the method disclosed by the invention, by using the biomass pyrolytic oil as a raw material, reaction on the biomass pyrolytic oil and the water vapor is carried out under the action of the catalyst so as to produce the synthetic gas with highquality, and the catalyst which is polluted by the harmful substances is regenerated through the catalyst regeneration reactor, so that continuous and stable operation of the complete system is ensured, and the prepared high-quality synthetic gas can be applied to the fields of FT(Fischer-Tropsch) synthesis, hydrogen manufacturing, power generation and the like.
