The apparatus comprises a fixed station, a hydraulic cylinder and a chuck; multiple support columns are arrangedbelow the fixed station and support bars are arranged between adjacent support columns, one end of the up end of the fixed station is provided with the hydraulic cylinder, and the other end is provided with the chuck; the chuck is fixed on the fixed station through a fixed plate, the chuck and the fixed plate are connected by employing a telescoping structure, the other side of the fixed plate isprovided with a hinge jointing piece, and the hinge jointing piece and the chuck are fixedly connected. The apparatus is advantageous in that compared with prior detecting apparatuses, fixed connection between the chuck and the fixed plate of the novel apparatus for detecting pulling force of the hoisting-chain is changed by the telescoping connection between the chuck and the fixed plate, spacingbetween the chuck and the fixed plate can be adjusted, furthermore spacing between the chuck and the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted, in order to satisfy detection of the hoisting-chains of different lengths; the hoisting-chains of different lengths can be detected, detection apparatuses are not needed to replace, and detection cost is substantially reduced.
