The device at least comprises an end cover loading mechanism, a bearing loading mechanism and a bearing press-fitting mechanism. The end cover loading mechanism is used for placing a motor end cover on a circulation board. The bearing loading mechanism is used for placing a bearing on the motor end coverof the circulation board. The bearing press-fitting mechanism is used for realizing the press-fitting of the bearing and the motor end cover. The end cover loading mechanism is composed of an end cover pushing and separating mechanism and an end cover picking and placing mechanism. The end cover pushing and separating mechanism comprises an end cover fixing plate, an end cover guide plate and anend cover pushing block. The end cover pushing block is in linkage with the output end of a first linear motion device. A left end cover limiting block and a right end cover limiting block are fixedlyarranged on the end cover fixing plate. The end cover guide plate is fixed on the upper side of an end cover fixing block. An end cover accommodating groove penetrating up and down is formed in the end cover guide plate.
