The method comprises the steps that 1, the attributes of various particles are initialized to serve as initial positions of visible light positioning; 2, the global optimal position of the particles is subjected to simulation annealing domain search and updated; 3, the speedsand positions of the particles are updated; 4, the fitness of each particle is calculated according to a target function obtained by a mathematical model in the visible light transmission channel process; 5, the fitness of each particle is compared with the fitness of the optimal position where the particle passes through, the historical optimal position of the particle is updated, the fitness ofeach particle is compared with the fitness of the optimal position where the cluster passes through, and the global optimal position of the particle is updated; and 6, the steps 2-5 are repeatedly conducted until the iteration stopping condition is met, the global optimal position of the particles is output, and then the optimal positioning position of visible light communication is solved.
