The magnetic toggle-type piezoelectric-electromagnetic composite generator comprisesfour parts such as a driving assembly, a power generation assembly, an electromagnetic power generation assembly and a shell, wherein the driving assembly is fixed in the shell, the power generationassembly is fixed on the shell through threaded connection, and the electromagnetic power generation assembly is bonded inside the shell. The magnetic toggle-type piezoelectric-electromagnetic composite generator generates a nonlinear stiffness effect by utilizing a nonlinear force between magnets, and can expand the energy harvesting frequency bandwidth of a piezoelectric component. Non-contact characteristics of the acting force between the magnets are utilized in the invention, so that the wear degree of the device can be reduced, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
