The tooth parts oftwo first magnetizers are a staggered distribution, and the two first magnetizers have magnetism of different directions under the effect of the permanent magnet. The linear mover portion comprises amagnetic conductor formed by lamination, an energized coil winds around each pole of the magnetic conductor, and the tooth ends of teeth distributed in each pole is magnetic after the magnet is energized.
