The rotating shaft mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a first supporting part, a second supporting part and an elastic part, wherein the second supporting part is connected with one end of the rotating shaft; the first supporting part and the elastic part respectively sleeve the rotating shaft; a limiting platformis arranged on the rotating shaft; one end of the elastic part is abutted against the first supporting part and the other end of the elastic part is directly or indirectly abutted against the limiting platform; the side, away from the elastic part, of the first supporting part is abutted against the second supporting part; first convex platforms and first concave platforms, which are arranged ina spaced manner around the central axis of the first supporting part, are arranged on the end surface, close to the second supporting part, of the first supporting part; and second concave platforms which cooperate with the first convex platforms, and second convex platforms which cooperate with the first concave platforms, are arranged on the end surface, close to the first supporting part, of the second supporting part. The rotating shaft mechanism is structurally connected, is stable in connection and is low in manufacturing cost; and the pre-pressing effect of the elastic part on the firstsupporting part allows the aircraft adopting the rotating shaft mechanism to be free from the arm loosening situation during the flight.
