[0020] Non-typeable Haemophilus influenzae standard strain ATCC49247 (NTHi), encapsulated Haemophilus influenzae standard strain ATCC9327 (Hia), ATCC 9334 (Hib), ATCC 9007 (Hic), ATCC 9332 (Hid), ATCC 8142 (Hie) and ATCC 9833 (Hif) provided by the Department of Pathogen Biology, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University. Clean-grade Qingzilan rabbits, 3-4 weeks old, clean-grade BALB / c mice, female, 6-8 weeks old, weighing (18±1) g, were provided by the Animal Experiment Center of Hangzhou Medical College. This study complied with the ethical standards established by the Experimental Animal Ethics Committee of Hangzhou Medical College. Each Hi strain was subcultured on Columbia blood agar plate (bioMérieux) at 37ºC.
