Abstract

This solar cell attachment structure is provided with a plurality of solar cells and an attachment fixture having a pair of gripping members which grip the plurality of solar cells, wherein each solarcell has a first electrode terminal provided on an end part of one side thereof, and a second electrode terminal provided on an end part of the opposite side thereof, and wherein: the solar cells arearranged in such a way that the direction between the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal is a direction orthogonal to the solar cell arrangement direction; each of the pair ofgripping members includes: a fixed portion on which at least one electrode terminal selected from the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal is disposed; a pressing portion whichis disposed opposing the fixed portion, thereby sandwiching the at least one electrode terminal; and a securing member which secures the fixed portion and the pressing portion; a conductive material which allows electrical conduction to occur between the electrodes is disposed on at least one of the mutually-opposing surfaces of the fixed portion and the pressing portion; and the plurality of solar cells arranged in one direction are gripped by means of the pair of gripping members in such a way as to be sandwiched therebetween in a direction orthogonal to said one direction, thereby electrically connecting the plurality of solar cells together.
