The automatic storage and spraying integrated device comprises a storage mechanism comprising aplurality of parallelly arranged storage racks in which a plurality of storage grids are disposed; palletizing mechanisms each disposed between two adjacent storage racks, wherein each palletizing mechanism comprises a first track portion, a second track portion is disposed on the first tack portion, a pedestal of the second track portion is slidably connected to the first track portion, the second track portion is slidably connected with a sliding part, and a material supporting part is disposed on the sliding part; a conveying mechanism, a main conveying line of which is disposed around thestorage mechanism and connected with a feeding part and a blanking part; and a transfer chamber, wherein a first transfer conveyer belt and a second transfer conveyer belt which are parallel to eachother are disposed in the transfer chamber and connected with the main conveying line, and materials are sent to a spraying room by the first transfer conveyer belt and the second transfer conveyer belt. Compared with the prior art, charging and discharging of the materials and spraying can be jointed more rapidly and smoothly, and automatic storage and spraying of the automotive trims can be achieved.
