The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing nano-scale pearl powder, skimmed milk powder, lactose or glucose, soluble starch, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and ethyl maltol; (2) mixing the substances weighed in the step (1) in a food-grade mixing machine for 20 minutes until the substances are completely mixed; (3) adding bacteria powder formed by one or more of lactic acid bacteria, bacillus or saccharomycetes, and mixing for 20 minutes until the substances are uniformly mixed; and (4)carrying out index examination, wherein the sum of finished probiotics viable bacteria is more than or equal to 10<6>cuf / g.
