The batch programming system comprises an upper computer, N pieces of serial port connection lines, a data transcriber and a program module, wherein N is a positive integer; the upper computer, the data transcriber and a programming chip are electrically connected in sequence; the upper computer, the serial port connection lines and the programming chip are electrically connected in sequence; the program module comprises the following steps that: S1: through official programmingsoftware provided by a manufacturer, programming the programming chip, and recording serial port data through the data transcriber; S2: analyzing the recording data of the data transcriber to form acommunication protocol, and extracting a data package from the serial port data; S3: according to a formed communication protocol, programming a plurality of programming chips; and S4: saving the communication protocol, and directly calling the saved communication protocol when the same type of chip is programmed next time.
