Abstract

The invention provides a radio-frequency ablation method and a radio-frequency ablation system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring needle tip temperature which is obtained when executing temperature of an ablation region is acquired by virtue of a radio-frequency ablation instrument through an ablation needle, and acquiring a temperature difference image which is obtainedby scanning the ablation region by virtue of magnetic resonance equipment and comprises the position of the ablation needle; based on the needle tip temperature and the temperature different image, calculating peripheral temperature of the ablation region; and continuing to execute an ablation operation when the peripheral temperature cannot meet an ending condition, and stopping the ablation operation when the peripheral temperature meets the ending condition. According to the embodiment, the peripheral temperature of the ablation region is determined on the basis of the needle tip temperature acquired by virtue of the radio-frequency ablation instrument and the temperature difference image which is scanned by virtue of the magnetic resonance equipment, and subsequently, on the basis of the peripheral temperature, it can judge whether the ending condition is satisfied or not, so that the purpose of implementing thorough ablation on the ablation region is achieved.

Description

Technical field [0001] This application relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a radio frequency ablation method and system. Background technique [0002] In the medical field, radiofrequency ablation can be used to treat tumors, such as liver tumors with the highest mortality. The principle of radiofrequency ablation is: insert the ablation needle into the lesion site to form a current loop, control the output energy of the ablation needle, and make the lesion tissue oscillate and heat up. When the temperature of the lesion tissue exceeds 60°C for 3-4 minutes, the lesion tissue will undergo irreversible necrosis, thereby achieving the purpose of ablation. [0003] Existing radio frequency ablation systems usually use a power control method, that is, outputting energy with a fixed output power during the ablation process to control the heating of the lesion tissue. However, after the temperature of the lesion tissue is too high, it will cause tissue carboniz...
