The method of image view-angle transformation includes: extracting a plurality of straight lines on the basis of a grayscale image of a document image, and carrying out classification according to a horizontal direction and a vertical direction; extracting a plurality of text row lines on thebasis of a binary image of the document image, and carrying out classification according to a horizontal direction and a vertical direction; selecting two vertical lines and two horizontal lines fromthe extracted and classified straight lines and text row lines; calculating a transformation matrix on the basis of a square frame formed by the two selected vertical lines and the two selected horizontal lines; and using the transformation matrix to transform the document image to obtain an image after view-angle transformation.
