Abstract

The invention relates to a waste recycling system of a carding machine. The waste recycling system of the carding machine comprises a waste collection box, a first image acquisition device, a second image acquisition device and a data processing module. An observation window is formed in the side wall of the waste collection box. The first image acquisition device is arranged outside the waste collection box and is used for continuous collection of a plurality of images of waste falling into the waste collection box. The second image acquisition device is used for acquiring an image of cottonfibers carded by a carding device. The data processing module comprises an image analysis module, a storage module and an image marking module.
