The first rotary shaft is fixedly provided with a driving gear, and the second rotary shaft is fixedly provided with a driven gear engaged with the driving gear. The second rotary shaft is fixedly provided with a vertically arranged first swinging arm. The third rotary shaftis fixedly provided with a vertically arranged second swinging arm.
