Abstract

The probe shaft is inserted in the probe tube and can compress thespring. The spring probe also comprises a crown spring which is fixed in the probe tube. The crown spring comprises a crown spring body and clamp sheets. The clamp sheets extend along the axial direction of the crown spring body. There are multiple clamp sheets which are circumferentially distributed along the crown spring body. Multiple clamp sheets are gradually close to the axis of the crown spring body along the inserting direction of the probe shaft. The probe shaft can be elastically contacted with multiple clamp sheets in an extruding way so as to form a first contact part. The external wall of the crown spring body can be elastically contacted with the internal wall of the probe tube in an extruding way so as to form a second contact part. The electric signal from the probe shaftis transmitted to the probe tube through the first contact part and the second contact part in turn.
