This invention relates to conjugated polymers containing dibenzofuran (thiophene) and carbazole units, their preparation methods, and applications. To address the problems of poor optical contrast, slow response time, and poor cycling stability of existing conjugated polymers as electrochromic materials, this invention uses 2,8-dibromodibenzofuran or 2,8-dibromodibenzothiophene as reactants, reacting them with 9-hexyl-3,6-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxoborane-2-yl)-carbazole or 9-phenyl-3,6-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxoborane-2-yl)-carbazole to form conjugated polymers with dibenzofuran (thiophene) and carbazole units in the main chain. The conjugated polymers of this invention exhibit excellent electrochromic properties, including excellent cycling stability, fast switching time, high optical contrast, and low voltage start-up. This invention is expected to be applied in fields such as smart windows, rearview mirrors, military camouflage, and electronic tags in the construction and automotive industries.

The preparation method of the precipitated fiber includes the following steps: A. Preparation of the polymerization solution: 3,3'-dihydroxybenzyl diamine (DHB) and 2-(4-aminophenyl)-5-aminobenzimidazole (DAPBI) are dissolved in an organic solvent containing a solubilizing salt, and then terephthaloyl chloride is added to react and obtain a polymer solution with a solid content of 1-10%; B. Precipitation: After degassing, filtering, metering, and spinning, the polymer solution is mixed with a coagulation bath and precipitated to obtain the heterocyclic polyarylamide-polyhydroxyarylamide precipitated fiber. Provided is a joint of a copper terminal and an aluminum conductor. A copper terminal connecting member of the joint is connected to a conductive core of the aluminum conductor by means of a transition welding layer, and the joint can also be provided with a reinforcing welding layer. Further provided is a method for preparing the joint using plasma arc welding. According to the invention, the connection portion of the copper terminal with the aluminum conductor is filled with solder in a plasma arc welding manner, such that copper and aluminum are connected by means of the solder.
