The operating method comprises following steps: hanging a lead wire shielding hanging board on an edge phase wire and an insulator ball head by means of an insulation operating rod to complete insulating shielding of the edge phaselead wire, and hanging an integrated shielding cover by means of the insulation operating rod to complete insulating shielding of an edge phase tension insulator, a wire clamp and a part of wires; disconnecting lead wires at two sides of a middle phase disconnector, the middle phase disconnector being in a power-off state at the moment, replacing a new disconnector by an operator; and connecting lead wires at two sides of the disconnector to a main wire by means of the insulation operating rod.
