Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medicines. An experimental study on 2H-1-chromene-2-ketone shows, for the first time, that the 2H-1-chromene-2-ketone can obviously confront T-lymphocytes proliferation induced by Concanavalin A (ConA), B-lymphocytes proliferation induced by LPS (lipopolysaccharide) and toxicity of macrophages, can reduce expression of B-cell activating factor receptors (BAFF-R) CD268 on the surfaces of B-lymphocytes induced by the LPS and expression of costimulatory molecules CD86 on the surfaces of myeloid-drived DC cells and primary DC cells included by LPS and has an immunosuppressive action and an anti-inflammatory action. Meanwhile, the 2H-1-chromene-2-ketone has an obvious inhibition effect on proliferation of various cancer cells and can be used for preparing an immunosuppressor and anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer drugs.
