The gravity center adjusting device comprises a gravity center adjusting column and a driving motor, the pressure bin adjusting device is arranged in a boat body, and the pressure bin adjusting device divides the bottom of the boat body into a plurality of independent water storage containers through separation plates. Independent motor pumps, pipelines, the separation plates and valves are arranged in the water storage containers on the two sides of the edge, and the valves and the motor pumps are connected with the intelligent analysis system. When the boat body inclines , the intelligent analysis system controls the driving motor to drive a transmission device to pull the gravity center adjusting column in the opposite direction likely to incline , and thus the purpose of inclination prevention is achieved.
