Abstract

The invention provides a house outline construction algorithm based on triangular distance measurement. A horizontal one-word linear laser and a vertical one-word linear laser of a three-dimensional laser scanner are used to project on a wall surface. Because of a shade horn line of the wall surface, laser rays are modulated into a broken line form. Through an image acquired by an industrial camera in a receiving device, the algorithm is designed to detect turning points of broken lines. Image coordinates of the turning points are substituted into a mathematical model of triangular distance measurement to calculate three-dimensional coordinates of the turning points so that an outline of the wall surface can be constructed. The one-word linear laser of horizontal projection is used to construct a vertical outline of the wall surface. The one-word linear laser of vertical projection is used to construct a horizontal outline of the house. Through a planned scanning path, construction ofthe house outline is realized, and acquired point cloud can be introduced into three-dimensional drawing software of CAXA and the like so that a house size can be directly measured. Problems that manual size measurement is not convenient and precision is low during indoor decoration work are solved.
