The method comprises the following steps: by taking peanut shells as a raw material, extracting cellulose through procedures of alkaline hydrolysis, acidolysis, decoloring and the like, putting the obtained cellulose into a polylactic acid / trichloromethane solution, coating, and preparing a peanut shell cellulose / polylactic acid composite membrane by using a solvent volatilization method. Due to adoption of the peanut cellulose as a reinforcing material in the polylactic acid, the mechanical propertiesof pure polylactic acid are improved; when the content of the peanut shell cellulose is 6%, the tensile strength is improved by 52.1%, and the breakage elongation rate is increased by 30.8%. The peanut shell fiber modified polylactic acid made of the peanut shells for a first time is wide in raw material source, low in price, gentle in reaction condition, simple in process, green and environmental-friendly and free of pollution in the process, and the method is a green and environmental-friendly process for modifying polylactic acid from recyclable resources.
