The method comprises the following steps: collecting video data in real time; identifying the face of a monitored object in video data to discriminate whether a monitored object in the video data is matched with pre-saved face characteristics of the first type of users or not; saving the video data to the local sideand not uploading if matched, otherwise, discriminating whether the monitored object in the video data is matched with pre-saved face characteristics of the second type of user or not; fuzzing the face characteristic region of the monitored object in the video data and uploading the processed video data via network if the monitored object is matched with the pre-saved face characteristics of the second type of users, otherwise transmitting a first warning message to a preset terminal and uploading the video data via the network.
