The system uses a VB6.0 programming language to finish questionnaire data input, calls an EXCEL program to finish the storage of the questionnaire data and adopts a PYTHON 3.5 programming langue to plot the questionnaire data. The system comprises the following steps that: an input displaypart is used for displaying and inputting questionnaire information; a storage part is used for storing the input questionnaire information; a plotting part uses the questionnaire information to plotand output a result; in an EXCEL form, the questionnaire page of a blank questionnaire page is preset; the input display part calls all contents of the blank questionnaire page and displays the contents in the input page; the storage part records the input questionnaire information in the filling questionnaire page in a preset storage way; after input is finished, the plotting part calls the plotting problems in all filling questionnaire pages and all corresponding answer information; the answer information is subjected to statistics according to a specific statistical way and plotting to obtain a statistical graph; and the plot is output to the input display part and is displayed in the plotting display picture.
