Abstract

The invention discloses positioning methods applied in UE, a base station and a server center and the equipment. The base station receives K1 wireless signals and then sends a first measurement report. The first measurement report comprises K1 measurement information, and each measurement information targets on one of the K1 wireless signals and is used for determining the time length, a first antenna port and a first angle, wherein the first antenna port is used for sending the wireless signal corresponding to the measurement information, and the time length and the first angle are both related to the first antenna port. According to the method, by designing the first measurement report, UE positioning is achieved through beams which are in different directions and come from the UE underthe single base station by measuring information of the distances and angles that different uplink beams reach the base station under the condition of the base station supporting beam forming and theUE, then a positioning algorithm is simplified, and the positioning precision of the UE is improved.
