The method comprises the steps of firstly, building a head flow channel model and calculating optimal structure parameter design values of a head flow channel on the basis of Polyflow mold flow analysis, a Plackett Buman test method, a response surface analysis method and a simulated annealing optimization algorithm; testing the effectiveness of the Polyflow mold flow analysis method through simulated and measured values of the cross-sectional area of an extruded rubber material; establishing an optimized objective function through the response surface analysis; testing the effectiveness of a response surface model through variance analysis; and carrying out optimized analysis on the objectivefunction by adopting the simulated annealing optimization algorithm.
