Abstract

The invention provides an optimal design method for flow channels of tire rubber extruder heads. The method comprises the steps of firstly, building a head flow channel model and calculating optimal structure parameter design values of a head flow channel on the basis of Polyflow mold flow analysis, a Plackett Buman test method, a response surface analysis method and a simulated annealing optimization algorithm; testing the effectiveness of the Polyflow mold flow analysis method through simulated and measured values of the cross-sectional area of an extruded rubber material; establishing an optimized objective function through the response surface analysis; testing the effectiveness of a response surface model through variance analysis; and carrying out optimized analysis on the objectivefunction by adopting the simulated annealing optimization algorithm. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the law that flow channel parameters influence the rubber material extruding is mastered; the calculation results are combined to ensure that the flow velocity of the internal rubber material in a designed and manufactured head flow channel is uniform and the edge warping phenomenon disappears; and therefore, the quality of rubber products is increased, the new product developing cycle is shortened, the production efficiency is increased and the objective requirements of highefficiency and accuracy of a rubber material extruding die are met.
