Embodiment Construction

[0025] In order to explain in detail the technical content, structural features, achieved goals and effects of the technical solution, the following will be described in detail in conjunction with specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.

[0026] see figure 1 , introduced a 3D printing product delamination detection method, including the following steps,

[0027] S100 receives a single-layer printing completion instruction from the 3D printer;

[0028] S102 controls the laser emitter and the sensor to rotate around the working platform for one revolution, and records the photosensitive state of the laser from the laser emitter on the corresponding layer to the sensor within one revolution;

[0029] S104 In the working state, the laser emitter and sensor continuously rotate around the working platform to monitor the real-time photosensitive status information of the sensor;

Abstract

A 3D printed product delaminating rotation detection method comprises the following steps that single-layer printing accomplishment instructions of a 3D printer are received; laser transmitters and sensors are controlled to rotate around a working platform for a circle, and laser sensitized states of the laser transmitters to the sensors of corresponding layers rotating within a circle are recorded; the laser transmitters and the sensors are arranged being facing each other directly in the horizontal direction of the working platform of the 3D printer; the interlayer spacing of the laser transmitters and the sensors in the height direction is adaptive to the printing layer thickness of 3D printing; the laser transmitters and the sensors rotate around the working platform constantly under the working condition, and real-time sensitized state information of the sensors is monitored; and when the monitored real-time sensitized state information is not matched with a recorded sensor sensitized state, the 3D printer is controlled to stop printing, and the problem that existing technology cannot detect 3D printing delaminating is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of 3D printing, in particular to a method capable of automatically rotating and detecting whether a printed product of a 3D printer is delaminated. Background technique [0002] The current popular 3D printing technology is a technology based on digital model files, using bondable materials such as powdered metal or plastic, to construct objects by layer-by-layer printing. The 3D printer appeared in the mid-1990s, a rapid prototyping device that uses technologies such as light curing and paper lamination. Its working principle is basically the same as that of ordinary printers. The printer is filled with liquid or powder "printing materials". Now this technology is used in many fields, people use it to make clothing, architectural models, cars, chocolate desserts and so on. [0003] Due to the performance limitations of optional printing materials, in the layer-by-layer printing process of 3D printing, if the materi...
