Embodiment Construction

[0034] The following specific embodiments and accompanying drawings describe the present invention in detail, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

[0035] Step A1: collecting uterine myoelectric signals for a certain period of time;

[0036] According to clinical experience, the labor contraction is about 3 times in 10 minutes. In order to record the uterine myoelectric signal during the contraction, the recording time should be more than 20 minutes.

[0037] Step A2: preprocessing the uterine myoelectric signal to remove interference;

[0038] Step A3: the window length L is set, the feature of the uterine myoelectric signal in the extraction window, sliding window, repeats this operation, discards the last sampling point that is less than a window length;

[0039] According to clinical experience, the duration of uterine contractions is generally 30-60s, so L is taken as 30-60s.

[0040] Step A4: Use the fuzzy clustering algorithm to clust...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for identifying uterine contraction based on uterine eletrohystrogram signals, and belongs to the technical field of delivery monitoring. The method comprises the steps of collecting the uterine eletrohystrogram signals within a certain duration; preprocessing the uterine eletrohystrogram signals to remove interference; setting the length of windows as L, and extracting features of the uterine eletrohystrogram signals in the windows; adopting a fuzzy clustering algorithm to cluster all features of the windows into two types, wherein if the center distance of the two types of features is smaller than or equal to a set threshold value D, it is regarded that no uterine contraction signal exists, and if the center distance of the two types of features is larger than the set threshold value, it is regarded that the type with the largest type center value is the type corresponding to the uterine contraction; calculating the time interval of the centers of every two windows in the uterine contraction types; in all the newly generated windows, searching for the starting point, the end point and the peak point of the uterine contraction; calculating uterine contraction parameters, wherein the uterine contraction parameters comprise the uterine contraction frequency, the average lasting time, the average intensity and the average interval. By means of the method and device for identifying the uterine contraction based on the uterine eletrohystrogram signals, the uterine contraction signals are automatically recognized, the uterine contraction feature parameters are calculated, and a new means is provided for monitoring the uterine activities.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of childbirth monitoring, and in particular relates to a method and a device for identifying uterine contractions based on uterine myoelectric signals. Background technique [0002] Improving the quality of the population and reducing birth defects are important issues related to the livelihood of the family and Cathay Pacific. With the implementation of the childbirth policy, while the number of deliveries has increased dramatically, the number of high-risk parturients has also increased significantly. Uterine contractions, that is, uterine contractions, directly promote the expulsion of the fetus from the mother, and are the driving force for childbirth. The uterine contractions in labor go from weak to strong, last for a certain period of time, and then gradually weaken from strong to enter the intermittent period, and repeat this until the end of labor. Regular uterine contractions are an important feat...
