The basic method comprises the following steps: 1) soaking the polyether ether ketone with sulfuric acid and performing sulfonation (the sulfonation degree is 75 to 80%); 2) soaking the sulfonated polyether ether ketone into a sodium hydroxide solution and reducing the soaked polyether ether ketone to obtain SPEEK-NA-OH; 3) performing an esterification reaction on 2-phosphategroup-1,2,4-butane tricarboxylate and the SPEEK-NA-OH to obtain a target product; 4) mixing the target product and the SPEEK with different sulfonation degrees and adopting a solution casting method to obtain the proton exchange membrane with high proton conductivity and suitable for the medium and low temperature environment.
