Abstract

A charge pump circuit includes N boosting circuits, N-2 switch circuits and a control circuit. The k boosting circuit includes a one-way element and a capacitor. The positive terminal of the one-way element of the k boosting circuit is electrically connected to the negative terminal of the one-way element of the (k-1) boosting circuit. The first terminal of the capacitor is electrically connected to the negative terminal of the one-way element of the k boosting circuit. The (2i-1) switch circuit switches the (2i-1) boosting circuit to the current path of a first time pulse terminal or a grounding terminal selectively according to control signals of the control circuit. The 2i switch circuit is electrically connected to the 2i boosting circuit and selectivelyswitch the 2i boosting circuit to the current path of a second time pulse terminal or the grounding terminal according to control signals of the control circuit.
