The self-adaptive magnetic levitation stabilizing device based on the frequency modulationis mounted on a hull; a pair of electromagnet stators is mounted in each one of two side brackets of the hull; each pair of electromagnet stators is symmetrically arranged at the top and at the bottom; a stabilizing mass block is arranged between each pair of electromagnet stators; sensors are arranged under the electromagnet stators at the top and above the electromagnet stators at the bottom; the sensors are aligned with the stabilizing mass blocks; windings of the electromagnet stators are connected with a power amplifier through connecting wires; the power amplifier is connected with a controller; the controller receives position signals fed back by the sensors; and the controller is a reference value self-adaptive controller. According to the self-adaptive magnetic levitation stabilizing device based on the frequency modulation, by using reference value self-adaptive control, a self-adaptive adjuster is driven to adjust parameters of the controller by using a self-adaptive controlerror obtained by comprising a controlled object and a reference value so that the system error is reduced; and finally, the actual output of the controlled object reaches expected output so that a stabilizing effect is realized.
