The carrier rack comprises a carrying portion and a supporting portion for supporting the carrier portion.The carrier portion is composed of a plurality of steel bars which are parallel and are arranged fixedly. Each steel bar is provided with a plurality of supporting bars. Each supporting bar includesmultiple sections which are hinged together. The spraying industrial robot is further provided with an air heater facing the carrier portion. According to the spraying industrial robot, dry paint cracks due to the deformation of the steel bars and the bending of the supporting bars, and therefore, the spraying industrial robot is beneficial for peeling off, collecting and recycling the paint.
