Abstract

The permanent-magnet linear motor comprises amover, a stator and two linear bearings. The mover consists of an armature, a mover fixed connection structure, two permanent-magnet yokes and three armature connection terminals. The stator includesa stator bracket and two permanent magnet groups; the permanent magnets are magnetized along an air gap direction and are fixed at the stator bracket vertically and downwardly; the linear bearings arearranged at the stator bracket along the two sides of the permanent magnets; and the armature and the permanent-magnet yokes are connected at the top of the motor by the mover fixed connection structure to form a mover of the motor, and the lower part of the mover is connected with the linear bearings to realize linear motion of the motor. The permanent-magnet linear motor has advantages of simple structure, low cost, light weight, and great easiness in controlling; the motor weight and the cost can be reduced effectively; and the power density and thrust density of the permanent-magnet linear motor are improved.
