The electro-permanent magnet units generate a magnetic field and apply a magnetic force to the mover in the same direction as the mover's displacement. Through the parallel connection of the positive and negative stiffness mechanisms, the vibration isolator achieves quasi-zero stiffness characteristics near its equilibrium position, thereby achieving low-frequency vibration isolation. The two magnetic field conductors are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner. According to the invention, the magnetic field conductors each form a plurality of finger-shaped portions (Fo, Fu) each having a finger end piece (Eo, Eu).
