The assembling tool comprises a tool barrel where a to-be-tested post insulator is mounted, wherein an earthing structure anda supporting leg connecting structure which is used for fixing a supporting leg insert on a post insulator and is conductively connected to the supporting leg insert; the assembling tool also comprises through connection electrodes buckled to the two axial ends of an supporting barrel insert on the post insulator, separately; and conductive connection structures adaptive to the through connectionelectrodes on adjacent post insulators are arranged on the through connection electrodes. During a test, the through connection electrodes are mounted on the post insulator, and then the post insulator is mounted in the tool barrel, the post insulators are conductively connected through the connection structures adaptive to the through connection electrodes, the tool barrel is earthed, the through connection electrodes are connected to a high voltage end of an experimental device, and then a power-frequency voltage-withstand test can be carried out.
