The evaluation method comprises the following steps of (A) starting investigation; (B) investigatingthe site environment at the first phase; (C) judging whether the investigation in the second phase is required or not; (D) when the investigation in the second phase is not required, preparing a siteenvironment investigation report; (E) when the investigation in the second phase is required, primarily sampling and analyzing; (F) judging whether the detailed sampling and analysis process is required or not; (G) when the detailed sampling and analysis process is not required, preparing a site environment investigation report; (E) when the detailed sampling and analysis process is required, performing the detailed sampling and analysis process.
